Prints are shipped within 5-7 days (not including the Christmas period).

We need a physical postal address to be able to courier your order. If you do not have a physical address let us know and we can send via Post Office, please note this service can take 2 days longer than normal delivery time.

A5, A4, A3, A2 prints are sent flat in a plastic sleeve with backing board between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and placed in a mailer bag or wrapped in brown paper.

We ship our New Zealand orders Monday to Friday on a signature-required service, someone will need to be home to sign for the delivery otherwise a card to call will be left. If you don't want a signature-required service please let me know of a safe place for the driver to leave your parcel i.e somewhere dry and sheltered. Please also read our returns policy.
